I have had a few issues in the past with an order and had to send in a support ticket. JINX support has always gotten back to me in less than 24hrs ,sometimes with the same business day. Best part is they always replace the item with no extra shipping fees and have always included free return shipping. JINX has some of the best support representative on the net and they are all in house too!

J!NX always has something cool and interesting up for sale. Me, as well as many other customers I'm sure, are fairly nerdy, and it's nice to have a company that provides us with a variety of different types of nerdy stuff whether it be apparel or toys, it's all good to me. :)

J!NX Customer Service is suburb - I recently encountered my first flawed product I had ordered from J!NX and the representative was swift and knowledgeable and I received a replacement of said product immediately free of charge and I could keep the flawed one as well. - My overall experience with J!NX has been phenomenal and I will continually support them.
