Ya'll have what I look for in product, that is on par with the main competition on several levels. A nice alternative graphic when the originals tend to lack a 'certain something' to clinch the deal. My only thought on how to more 'streamline' is to not email with every product when it goes on sale or premiers. Perhaps, just in the subject categories that I have made purchases before. Or you could list off category check-boxes, per account, to let the customer know exactly what they are looking for and not feel like 'spam'. -i.e. I like Blizzard Entertainment items but have no interest in Minecraft. So getting anything related to Minecraft would be considered 'spam' to some degree. If later, I decided I wanted to show interest in it or something else, I would just check the box/boxes to reflect my preferences.

I ordered 2 "premium" shirts. While I liked the designs and the shirts seem well-made, the material even in the "premium" shirts I purchased was very light-weight and not as heavy as a "normal" t-shirt. I was a little disappointed as I was hoping the premium shirts would be a heavier weight material (not sure how light-weight a non-premium shirt at J!nkx would be). Other than the material, everything else about the shirts and the experience was top-notch.

+ This was my first experience with ordering goods from USA. It was pleasure for me to receive JINX goods. - However I was terribly surprised by taxes, which I had to pay to receive goods here in Europe. This is not JINX's fault, but I will take it under consideration in next order. - I didn't find horde 3d flexi hat in your system anymore and I'm not able to upload photo.

I purchased clothing from both jinx and blizzard at the same time. The postage costs were about the same (delivering to Australia) I received the blizzard package after 4 working days. It was more than three weeks for the jinx package. It was hard to track the items from jinx as the delivery company doesn't update progress often. I thought my package may have been lost! Then on Monday the website updated and said it would come on Friday. It didn't, then next Monday it wait it was now coming that Friday. But it came Tuesday, so they don't seem to be too good at tracking the items themselves. My gear was awesom - thankyou! I find the jinx website easy to use, NO dramas with my 'jinx' experience- just unimpressed with the currier company they use.

I got my package just in time, but after wearing the hoodie for 2 days, it's right sleeve got a hole... The sewing got loose and the fabric slipped out from under the sewing... => A hole created. So I had to fix my tyrael hoodie's right arm. Great. Please do a quality check more times than two or three.
