I ordered three youth sizes Minecraft Mystery Bags as well as two Premium Mystery bags, mens and womens. All sizes were great, no repeats of shirst in the youth. Was able to divide them between family members for Xmas. Everyone was happy and loved the items. They cannot wait for their birthdays now.

Nothing seems to be too much trouble, you really do feel like the customer always comes first. Thank you

I am a repeat customer and will continue to shop here. The clothes sizes can be weird, but, overall, I like what they have. I had an experience where the size didn't work and I returned it for another size with no problems and only a short wait because of inventory. I love their mystery bags because they are such a great deal. They have fun surveys and encourage participation which can equal discounts on the clothing. Never seen anyone else do that and I think it's great! There were a few issues though;The women's xl sizes aren't big enough. I went over to men's sizes to get what I wanted. However, the sleeves on the hoodies are a little too long for me. Luckily, I can sew, so I can fix them, but probably won't. Same problem with the kids hoodie. Better too long than too short.

I've shopped at Jinx around a decade now and have never once been disappointed by the quality of their clothing and collectibles. Any orders are recieved on time and in great condition, oftentimes with fun bonuses and freebies thrown in. As for the site itself, it is wonderfully laid out, stylish, yet accessible. Any info you could want on their products is provuded, from materials to accurate sizing charts to color options. All in all, if you're a gamer looking to declafe your passion to the world, Jinx can gear you up.
