Great customer service. We had some issues with the delivery of my order , but the staff was incredibly helpful and even attempted to reship the order I unfortunately had to be issued a refund at the end of it , but the staff was very pleasant to deal with and addressed the issue promptly , I will definitely be ordering from them again despite this issue and would recommend them to anyone.

Fun website. Miss Jinx trivia.

My experience with Jinx has been amazing since Day 1 of my first purchase. My favourite part of the website was the trivia quiz that helped contribute a certain experience with the rest of the fans and engage with their customers. It was pointless fun that helped reward a certain amount towards a discount. No other service had that. Thanks for everything!

I live in overseas country. Waiting for the product for a long time because of the back-ordered, made me worried more than necessary. You can fully trust J!NX wherever you live!

I love your products! I love the quality & design and when customer service is needed, you guys deliver! So thank you for that! you guys Rock! The only thing I would actually complain about is the inconsistency in Tee sizes! I mean, I could buy a certain tee design that fits perfectly, then buy another based on the way that fit, only to find it's either a bit too large, or a bit too small! I'm talking about the premium tees here, which I assumed would all fit the same! But I still really appreciate your brand, and admire the nice work & thought you guys put into your designs! Keep it up! Cheers!
