My order was supposed to arrive on the 11th, and still hasn't shown up. I'm holding out hope it will come by June 10, or I will have to contact you guys.

The product is great but the shipping method is very poor. As for USPS handling the package was great, but not all the local or national post office of each country you ship out are. It would have been a 5 star excellent review if it wasn't for the shipping. I ordered in March and I just got it last week. I do not mind spending a little extra money is a better shipping and handling method. DHL is the best shipping company which has proved to me is a very very efficient company

I bought a shirt for my wife as a gift from J!NX. The buying experience was great, and it arrived in a timely manner. After my wife has opened the gift to try it on, we noticed there was a huge rip in the shirt (6-8 inches) and an area of the shirt with red ink that looked like it was faded. When I contacted support, I was treated as if I was in the wrong. They implied that the rip and print we're somehow my fault, and that they don't have any manufacturing defects. They were reluctant to send me a new shirt. I almost didn't even want it after I had been treated as if I was contacting them to get something for free. I'm hesitant to buy from them again.

Product itself as well as ther order process is/was fine. But there's one thing that botheres me really hard and kind of ruins the fun: Shipping, customs issues and import costs. You guys need a European reseller. First of all it is quite a mess for European esport fans to have to go through the shipping and customs processes (in the end a lot of the products are restricted to your shop only). And second it also isn't in your interest(!) to prevent European customers from enjoying your services. I had to drive 30 kilometers and pay an additional fee to get my ordered goods. This should't be the case in the 21st century, don't you think?

Everything I received looked awesome, but I received the wrong size on one item and trying to return it is an inconvenience.

I love your products but they're way too expensive. I'd buy more if I didn't have to go bankrupt to buy your stuff (figure of speech).

Most of your T-shirts are about average, there are a few that are awesome and 2-3 that are mind blowing... we need more mind blowing, which requires more creativity!!
