Hello! In the package only 1 shirt! I did not receive Malfurion`s Tranquil Tonic Premium... The package is not damaged

I ordered a product on February 2nd 2017. It crossed the border a few weeks later but I never received it. I called and had them replace the order to resend it. It got sent out on March 1st 2017. I never received it a month later. This was supposed to be a gift for my brother for the end of February and I never was able to get it for him. I am extremely displeased with the method of delivery to Canada.

Horrible experience trying to buy merchandise at Minecon. Wasted hours waiting and items were all sold out in the end. Then waited months to receive the "exclusive" Minecon merchandise. Kids interest had waned by the time it arrived 6 months after the fact and the items were a terrible rendering and quality. Never again, jinx!

I ordered a soft toy for my friend. Its been a month and it still hasn't arrived (only going from the US to Canada).

What a rack .you ran out of tshirts and nothing the take 3 months..

first sorry for my english, I know its bad but im doing my best. my hoodie hasnt arrived (24/05/2017) maybe on a few days or not i dont know. The fist order may have been lost during transit and it never arrived so you send another one and that's kinda nice and cool from you and im happy with that but seems i have bad luck or the postal service hate me so it doesnt arive yet I know it's not your fault and im not mad with you but I have to complain about your delivery options (sorry im gonna use another store for this) with you i paid $7.66 Usd (like $150 mxn) just for USPS standar international but with Society6 i paid $5 Usd ($100 mxn) for DHL international express i dont care a lot about the price but its dumb to paid more for 2 packages lost than 3-5 days arrival i really like your Hodies and Tees but i stop buying from your stores beacuse delivery options i always have problems but my brother really liked team liquid so i take another chance buying some stuff and now i just lost $57.14 Usd ($1102 Mxn) and thats a lot for a engineer student in Mexico

I used to love your brand and spend a couple hundred each year but in the last few years you've almost completely moved away from clothes for larger and taller people. If you do have any clothes that fit bigger people, quality always seems to take a hit and/or there is no option for a premium tee. It's a shame because I really love your clothes and feel like you're the only place I can buy decent gaming based clothes from. Going forward, I would really love and respect seeing Jinx taking care of their bigger guys in their fan community.
