Great t-shirts and other products; good website and quick to despatch orders. I just wish they'd get a European distribution centre so customers aren't hit for excess customs charges and delivery company 'administration' charges which double the price of the products.

Sales are good and themed sales are always welcomed. Restocks on those hot items should've been done in a more timely manner. We missed out on the Horde hoodie and several times before trying to repurchase Funko Pop! Deathwing (which is already restocked now, which is good, but timing-wise not so as the currency rate is bad at the moment in SEA). Keep up the best customer service quality! Please do more free shipping promos to SEA. Thanks :)

Communication has been great. I get emails but I don't feel as tough I'm being spammed.

Eventhough i havent done that much with Jinx, i did order one thing , and have asked them a few questions. They answered quickly, which is very good.

Everything it's looking good, there's only one thing that jinx lacks: More Game Brands. They are mostly blizzard and League of Legends

Lots of options and great design choices. Fair prices for both product and shipping. No fussy dealings with shipping companies or anything coming over the border. I come back and buy shirts every couple of months because of the great selection and grab bags available.
