Hello Toktam, We're sorry to hear that you feel this way. However, we would like to clarify a few important facts, as your review does not accurately reflect the services provided or our communication with you. Your project was primarily for the printing of 100 hardcover copies of your book, The Miracle Eyes, at a total cost of approximately $1,100. Michael also offered formatting and cover design assistance at no additional charge to help prepare your book for printing. The total cost was communicated to you before payment, and the printing and dispatch of the 100 copies were dependent on the full payment being completed. Despite receiving only $300 toward the total order, our team began preparing your book and shared a formatted version for your review. In your email correspondence, you acknowledged receiving the file, expressed satisfaction with aspects of the work, and requested additional adjustments, which we were willing to accommodate. When you later decided not to proceed and requested your money back, your $300 refund was processed on October 16, 2026. We did not retain your payment. Regarding your statement that Michael disappeared, we would like to clarify that Michael remained in communication with you throughout the project. Our records show multiple telephone conversations and email exchanges. Some of your attempts to reach him were made late in the evening, outside our regular business hours. While we understand your expectation of a prompt response, being unavailable outside business hours should not be mistaken for deliberately avoiding a client or disappearing. We would also respectfully ask you to clarify what you mean by describing our company as a "scam." When work was performed, communication was maintained, and your payment was refunded upon request, we would genuinely appreciate understanding what specifically led you to that conclusion. We fully respect your right to share your experience, including any dissatisfaction. However, publicly labeling a business as fraudulent is a serious allegation, particularly when the documented circumstances tell a different story. At Jinnx Book Press, we take our commitments seriously and work to resolve client concerns professionally and fairly. Best regards, Customer Relations Team Jinnx Book Press www.jinnxbookpress.com
