JimmyvreelandReviews of jimmyvreeland.com

The team at JV makes it easy. I am buying properties, increasing my networth - and managing from a laptop, not at a property. The team takes care of everything - as I am learning this side of investment, glad to have a partner in Jimmy Vreeland & Team.

Jimmy Vreeland and his team are top-tier real estate professionals. They helped me acquire my first turn key rental properties. Jimmy, Christie, Rhonda, and BJ provide amazing customer service across the board. They truly care about the people they work with! These are your people for all things real estate!

I’ve been partnered with Jimmy for over 2 years and have been educated by him for over 5. He has built a trusted, reliable and capable network of investors and team of real estate, property management and construction professionals. His team is among the top 1% in the nation of teams I have conducted business with.

Over the last (2) years-- Jimmy V. has earned my trust as a real estate investment provider and as a personal friend. Jimmy and his team take into consideration each client's individual needs. There is not a "one size fits all" approach. Each investor has their own financial and personal set of circumstances. Jimmy and Christie recognize the individual's situation- and exhibit care for each of their clients. The care is demonstrated by their actions - not, merely by words. Recently - I purchased more than one property in the same week from Jimmy's team. I received a call, text and email from Jimmy and Christie to ensure I was not going to over-extend my financial situation with these purchases. For a sales team to pay attention to the individual buyer of their product and ensure the buyer is ready to buy the product they are selling is incredible. Jimmy has a special support team worth highlighting. Christie is the most responsive person in my professional and personal life. I work with attorneys, investigators and paralegals who could benefit from Christie's organizational skills. Rhonda is a thoughtful and caring property manager. When I have a question re one of my properties-- Rhonda is my go-to person. For property transactions-- BJ is similar to Christie and Rhonda with her responsiveness and organization. Very much appreciated. For property maintenance- I trust Connor will be economical and ensure the maintenance work is necessary and cost-effective. Vreeland Team - you are my people. Thank you. For Everything.

Jimmy's goal is to help hard working people succeed. I am beyond grateful that I’ve been fortunate enough to meet with and work with him and his team. Seriously, I could tell you quite a story. It’s been an adventure so far. We’re about to make a profit and the process is fun. They say real estate is boring but in my opinion, that’s false. I couldn’t be more excited about Vreeland capital. Being able to create and build St Pete Business Partners LLC is a dream come true. When I was young I made some mistakes and thought I was doomed to a life of intense hard labor and mediocrity. Boy was I wrong lol so many times… Anyways, this is my honest review. Luke Shoumaker

I have been partnered with Jimmy and his team since 2021. I have purchased 10 properties with them the past 3 plus years. It is a true PARTNERSHIP. Great team of people to work with including Jimmy's leadership, no BS and continuous improvement mindset, the acquisition process, education from Jimmy and the community, tenant screening, day to day property management, and Christie as a great QB of the team and her passion for customer service. If you are looking to get into real estate (education, purchasing, property management, etc.)...I HIGHLY recommend considering Jimmy Vreeland and his team as a partner in your journey.

I have been partnered with Vreeland since 2023, and I can't ask for anything better than what I'm getting. I've transacted with several educators and companies to help facilitate my entry into real estate investing. Vreeland is everything I've hoped for and more. In my first 30 days with Vreeland, Jimmy helped me navigate out of very bad deals I had gotten wrapped up in with other parties, and has delivered on bringing a steady stream of properties, streamlining my lending, giving me resources to best manage construction and manage. I can't ask for more the Vreeland team. Highly recommend to everyone and anyone.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jimmy Vreeland and his turnkey real estate team for over five years, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. While every investment carries some level of risk, Jimmy’s expertise has consistently provided me with great returns, allowing me to achieve financial freedom. A special shoutout to Christie, who is incredibly skilled at finding the right properties to fit my portfolio and goals, and to Rhonda’s team, who seamlessly manages the properties with the utmost professionalism. Their combined efforts make real estate investing stress-free, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. With Jimmy, Christie, and Rhonda’s team, I feel confident and supported in every step of the investment process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and results-driven investment team. If anyone has questions or would like to do a one on one call with me I would be happy to do so.
