I can’t say enough good things about the team at Vreeland Capital. In this business, integrity matters, and that’s one of the qualities I appreciate most about working with them. They do what they say they’re going to do, communicate well, and their attention to detail is exceptional. For real estate investors looking to build or scale a rental portfolio, having the right team around you can make all the difference. Vreeland Capital truly handles the process from A to Z, taking care of the details and helping investors navigate each step along the way. I’ve worked with a lot of people in the real estate and financing world over the years, and I’ve learned that the people behind the business matter just as much as the opportunity itself. The Vreeland Capital team is knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about helping their clients succeed. I’m grateful for the relationship and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone serious about building long-term wealth through real estate.

Sick of getting the constant insulting mailings in the mail to buy our home. I can't stand his commercials or his mother who butts in on the commercial. It's an insult to get an offer as low as his silly ass checks come in the mail. AARP has an article about these type of places that scam older adults to pad their pockets.

Jimmy is great to work with—he’s honest, skilled, and truly understands his craft. He leads by example and shows genuine care for both his clients and his team. He’s thoughtful in his approach, takes the time to fully understand things before making decisions, and takes the time to explain the “whys” too! Overall, he’s solid & reliable!

My experience with Vreeland Capital the last 5 years (as an investor) has been A++ outstanding . Why? I know I'm making a difference , supporting a family oriented company that truly is making a positive difference in their community. Plus, communication & information both are clear, prompt and helpful. As investor it has very much been a win-win relationship and I heartily recommend Jimmy and the team at Vreeland Capital !!

I have worked with Jimmy and his team so far on 3 deals and I am very grateful for the attentiveness and efficiency with which the whole team works. I would recommend the Vreeland Team to anyone who wants to invest in real estate but doesn't have the time or the know how. There is a no more complete program...and I looked at a good amount of alternatives before joining the team. I look forward to doing many deals with them for many years.

I was a new investor when I joined the vreeland capital program thinking I could leverage my w2 income and buy rental properties through their DFY service…it was the complete opposite. Not only did I not buy any properties because they wanted close to retail prices…but rarely would I get consistent support. Overall? Total joke. F rating!!!

I've never wasted more time, energy or money than trying to invest in jimmy's program for buying rental properties in the midwest...this guy and his team are only about one thing, PROFIT FOR THEMSELVES. Almost 6 months and 10k later of wasted efforts, save yourself the time and go elsewhere for deals! TOTAL SCAM.

Supportive and Uplifting Real Estate Community Jimmy has created a real estate community that’s both inspiring and supportive. As a busy professional, I appreciated the positive energy, practical insights, and encouragement from like-minded individuals. It’s clear that Jimmy leads with integrity and truly wants everyone to succeed. Highly recommend to anyone looking to grow in real estate with a strong network behind them!- especially if you have zero knowledge and are a busy health professional.
