Absolute trash. Jim controls your money. You have no access to cash. You have a huge list of places you cannot use your own money. There is not a human in sight. I've complained for days about an issue of the transactions declining when my balance gets below $5 you cannot use the money in your account. For weeks now the issue has persists. Their AI chat bots make every excuse in the book why somehow it is my fault and you cannot get in touch with a human. There are layers and layers of AI bot. They claim to escalate to the team at which point you begin anew with another bot. Never a human. Always excuse after excuse with their disposition being "hey it's an honest answer" as if this absolves them of their incompetence. Trash company. Trash product and trash humans behind it.

Hi Erik, we understand how frustrating it is when transactions keep getting declined, especially when you're trying to use your balance for everyday purchases. We reviewed the issue and confirmed the declined transactions were related to our security controls. We know that doesn't make the experience any less frustrating, but we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. If you'd like to discuss the issue further, our support team is available through JIM's official support channels and will be happy to help.

The processing fee is great and your funds are immediately available in your Jim account. They say transfers are instant but they are not! It takes 1-3 business days to transfer it to your bank account. You can put it on your Jim card but then you can’t use that card anywhere. You can’t withdraw cash at an atm, you can’t connect your Jim card to PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App. You can’t withdraw add it to Apple Pay but can’t put the funds on Apple Cash or use it to send money to a friend using Apple Pay. The use of the Jim card to access your funds is severely limited. I fell like they are misleading you when they say your funds can be transferred immediately. And what kind of payment processing service offers a prepaid debit card that can’t be used at an ATM! I’m completely disappointed and will not use Jim any longer!!

Hi! Sorry JIM didn’t meet your expectations. Funds are available in your JIM account after an approved sale, but ACH transfers aren’t instant and timing can vary. We also appreciate the feedback on ATM access and how the JIM Card can be used, and we’ll share it with the team.
