Please fix your 4x6 direct thermal labels
I love this company and have been happy with its other products. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with this order of 4x6 Direct Thermal Shipping Labels. I had purchased these labels previously and loved them, which is why I decided to order another 2,000. However, the quality and packaging of this batch were disappointing. The labels are inexpensive labels made in China, packaged in small batches of 100. As a result, I have to constantly adjust the labels every time I print and frequently reload my thermal printer because the batches are so small. This makes the printing process much less efficient and convenient. Unfortunately, this experience will probably be my last purchase of these particular labels. That said, I still love the company and will continue to purchase its other products. I hope they can improve the quality and packaging of these labels in the future.
