Very bad experience - I sent several e-mails and left several voicemails with 0 response from them. Also the design and engineering of their products is very shortsighted with no regard for the original engineering design, which makes their products extremely dangerous.

I've ordered a number of things from JHMotorsports and every transaction has been great. The best experience I had was with their timing belt kit with how-to DVD. It made the install so much easier with a vid and little tricks that I wouldn't have otherwise known. They sent me the wrong accessory belt, for the 2.7t instead of 2.8 30v (For an Audi) and they just sent me another one no extra charge!!!! They just said to not worry about the other belt and to just keep it. Wow, I couldn't believe it. Sure it's a low cost item, but the fact that they didn't nickel and dime me over a tiny item when I spent hundreds really made my day. These guys not only want your business, they are straight up honest. Great service and they are innovators of a lot of new products for Audis so I really like these guys. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could! You guys rock! I hope your product line continues to grow so I can buy more stuff from you!
