J Farell were unable to follow their own shipping requirements and completely wasted my time, blamed the customer and even sent an email lecture from J.F. himself. This may explain why they are unable to perform simple functions and grow their customer base. Then I found Dermazen, better products, reliable and professional.

Doesn't smell like Aventus. It's somewhat woody, but definitely not aventus. Deodorant smudge very easily. Delivery took a month. Tracking was not convenient.

Buyer beware: the '3-5 business day' processing time listed on the site is not accurate. My order sat for over a week with no updates. When I finally contacted them, I was given an excuse about production times that should have been listed on the site to begin with. To make matters worse, I was told my order would ship on a specific day, but days later, the tracking still shows only a label has been created. They refused to issue a refund and lied about shipping the product very frustrating experience.
