Life changing experience.
I started my yoga Practice with Jewels. I was stiff to the point that I could scarcely touch my knees. She is exceptionally persistent and modified the positions to my own level. In a matter of moments, my certainty developed, I built up a magnificent yoga and contemplation practice… and I would now be able to touch my knees as well as I can touch the floor! Moreover, Jewels' own training has bolstered me through a very unpleasant time in my life. She offers reasonable plans to work through any circumstance and they work ponders! I exceedingly prescribe Jewels; she is understanding, sympathetic and knowledgeable.
