One stone was loose when I opened the box. Not worth the hassle to return it.

I was really looking forward to enjoying this product, but it fell short. The color didn't match what I saw online, and that's pretty disappointing. Plus, it took almost two weeks to arrive, which felt excessive. I reached out to customer service to check on my order, and they were polite but not particularly helpful. I’d hoped for a smoother experience. I like supporting local businesses, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon unless they fix these issues.

This rating is here for now because I've tried ordering from here twice, both times I didn't get the item. I could understand if it said out of stock but it didn't. So I ordered it thinking it was in-stock but it wasn't. It was refunded which is great but I thought they'd at least update their site so I could know what is out of stock and what isn't so that I'm not trying to order items that aren't really there, in-stock. I want to get items from here and will try again later but how could I know when they really have it in-stock? I was told in April but when? I don't want to miss out on it. Anyways it's a bit of a bad first impression on this site.

I really loved my Wonder Woman belly ring but the ball doesn't unscrew and it broke off. The wonder woman ball broke off from the arm of the ring. Very sad about it. It looked pretty and solid but...so now it's broken after wearing it for 2 weeks

No where on the site or receipt did it mention $40+ import fees!! My item cost double the amount because of these fees. Two stars because they resent the item when I emailed because their first attempt never came. The item itself is okay not exactly what I thought.

I haven't received it yet, so I can't write a review. The tracking shows you haven't given it to the Postal Service yet. I'll follow-up with an actual review when I receive the item.
