If it would be possible to rate this company 0 stars I definitely would. I ordered two bracelets from them in October 25. They were going to be Christmas gifts. Arrived on schedule BUT. Due to the inadequate, plastic bag packing , one was bent and snapped. The second , snapped and a clasp missing. I have sent photos of the goods to the company, clearly showing the way the goods were delivered. Complied via their website, messaging site. I still have not received a reply, two months later. They have been given the opportunity to arrange collection, as advised by my bank. They have not. They owe me a refund, which they have disputed, merely saying that goods were dispatched. I still await a refund and a response. I am totally disgusted by the conduct of this company. I would advise anyone not to buy from them. I
