Great service. I appreciate that it’s one single account for multiple devices and there’s no need to pick and choose countries, no leftover unused data, you pay for what you use - this is how it should be.

This PAYG service is the best we've ever used. We use data like we're in WiFi because it is soooo inexpensive. Very fast internet in Italy and Germany, not so fast in the US ( but fast enough)

It is an affordable eSim that works seamlessly in the 6 countries I've visited. The speeds have been great. The fact I can share my bucket of data with my spouse is wonderfully convenient and saves us money. Since the data never expires, I no longer have to guess how much data I need for a destination and for how many days - and then skimp on data usage for fear I mis-calculated. If need be, I can top up my data on the day I'm leaving a country knowing I can simply use the remainder of that data the next time I travel.

Transfered funds into my account and it is showing that I purchased credit. However this is never being updated in my balance so it's impossible to use. Been waiting for 4 days already on support, but they don't even send me a message that I opened a ticket. This is unuseable for me Even if they fix it now, I can't trust them with a top off later. Never again for me and I can't recommend *edit After placing the review here, they were very quick to respond under this review. Nothing yet on their own system though. Still not helped *2nd edit. On the day of my departure, my issue got solved and I got some extra credit in my balance too. The service worked as advertised in Turkye. Not always the best speeds, but I was connected all the time. Review changed to 4 stars, because of the slow reaction of support
