Never wrote to me. Never sent anything. Did not even respond to PayPal dispute

Took weeks to get the product we ordered and when we received it, it was NOTHING like the one we ordered. They will not respond to my emails. SCAM. BeWARE!

Sent the wrong items. I emailed them to fix the problem. They never replied.

I never received my orders three months later and when I tried to get my money back, nobody responded. That’s 100 dollars out of pocket and I don’t even get what I paid for. I’m not pleased.

Very bad experience. I did not receive my order. Jetcube is not reliable online shop. No communication, no explanation. no customer support, lost money. I will never ever use it again

I haven't received the product (my preference) or a refund, and am continuously getting requests for a review of the company and the product. This represents a complete breakdown of their customer service.

Placed an order over six weeks ago. Jetcube charged me and said it was shipping. After five weeks of no communication or delivery, I asked them for a status update. Still nothing, so I've asked for a refund.

I have yet to receive my order and now they are saying fulfilled! What a scam. E.
