Awful don't order!! Not received order, emailed now going through my for a refund! Scam company!

Bought 2 tank dresses - same style but different colors - in the same size I've worn for several years for an upcoming trip. They were way too large. Original exorbitant shipping charge of $14.98 brought the cost up to $59.08; now I have the pleasure of paying $10.99 to return them and can wait for $31.00 back - slightly over half what the purchase cost me. That's outrageous!!!! Maybe they make their money from sizing improperly and then raking in the cash from returns. An earlier order of a pair of pants came in very flimsy fabric, and I should have just stayed away. Very displeased. Will never again order from them - or their affiliates.

I was shocked that I would have to pay over $50 Canadian to return this pair of shoes. They refused to listen to the fact that I was unaware that I would have to pay exorbitant return costs to the US when I ordered the shoes (Mea slingbacks). Canadian buyers beware- don't bother ordering from this company.

Automatically sign you up for a “rewards” program that costs $18 a month with no warning. Found out I unintentionally signed up after I was charged. The first month is “free”. Will never shop here again.

TRIED TO CANCEL WHEN NO TRACKING: WOULD NOT LET ME; ASKED FOR TRACKING & CARRIER SO I CAN REFUSE, DIDN'T HAVE, ASKED 6 TIMES FOR SUPERVISOR, NOTHING. ASKED WHEN WILL IT BE DELIVERED NOTHING I PUT 2 RED SIGNS OUT FOR DELIVERY (GOT TRAX FORM ANOTHER NICE LADY 6 CALLS) ARRIVED BUT FEDX IGNORED MY NOTE HUGE HASSLE TRYING TO SEND IT BACK AWFUL EXPERIENCE PACKAGE WAS NOT GOOD, CHEAPLY WRAPPED UP IN CHEAP PLASTIC WITH 5 BOXES IN IT!! F- F- F- F--

Everytime I get a reward certificate, it says: already redeemed. I got the reward on 10/11/2023 and on 10/12/2023 it didn't process and said already redeemed. 2nd time this happened. I called customer service, they said it's a glitch both times, or that I already used it. Ridiculous!

I ORDERED FROM JESSICA LONDON AND RETURNED THE ITEM AND THEY PUT A $58.07 CHARGE ON MY BALANCE FOR RETURNING THIS ITEM, Also I Paid For EXPRESS SHIPPING AND RECEIVED IT LATE,I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN SMDH

Poor- quality merchandise combined with bait- and- switch tactics and extraordinarily poor customer service means that I will never purchase from them again. While trying to order a dress on sale, and enter the code for an extra 40 percent off plus free shipping, instead, the order processed. I immediately asked, via their customer service portal, to cancel. No one responded for 48 hours. When they did, they claimed that they could not cancel my order because it had already shipped. Four further communications about this matter have gone unanswered, and they did indeed charge me the full, non- sale amount, as seen on my bank statement. Really horrible way of doing business. Do you think that your customers won't notice when you deal with them dishonestly?
