Like most reviews stated that this site doesnt respond to email on time, I hope it wont be too late for the 28 days review. I could not fill the return merchandise form. it is bad. The jerseys are hand sewed, not machine sewed

Great these are. Ordered several times. Takes a while to arrive but obviously understandable. Easy to track, great quality, works out cheap when you get the three. Can’t knock it.

Very poor customer service. I cancelled an order and was told I’d get a refund in 10 business days. Nearly 2 months later I have no refund. When I email they just tell me to be patient. Not happy at all

Update: after 3 days of messages they are now sending me the two Welsh tops I actually ordered: If i can give -1 i will! Sent me the wrong order! Not responding to messages or emails! About getting me the things ive ordered!

Habe ein Trikot von Aresnal bestellt! Nachdem auf der Internetseute von unproblematischer Rücksendung gesprochen wurde, eben in zwei unterschiedlichen Größen bestellt. Grundsätzlich ist die Qualität der Trikots sehr gut! ABER die Rücksendung ist eine Frechheit und katastrophal.Ich habe den Weg probiert, laufend Kontakt gehabt, aber am Ende kam die Ware zurück. Lt. Adressnachverfolgung hat das Zollamt Kontakt mit Empfänge aufgenommen, wg. fehlender Dokumente, aber keine Reaktion erhalten.

Die Trikots sind ok und für den Preis in Ordnung. Aber es existiert faktisch kein Service, Mails wurden bei gar nicht beantwortet.

J’ai passé commande chez jersey4allle 18 septembre, en payant pour la livraison express. Nous sommes le 21 octobre, et je n’ai toujours rien reçu. J’ai contacté le service client plus de cinq fois, et à chaque fois, on me demande de “patienter”. Je demande un remboursement, mais ils continuent de me faire attendre, comme si j’avais que ça à faire. C’était un cadeau d’anniversaire, mais à ce stade, il n’aura plus aucune valeur. Quand je consulte le site, il est marqué “order ready”, mais clairement ma commande n’est même pas encore traitée. Aucune fiabilité, aucune légitimité. Je suis vraiment déçue. Personne ne devrait acheter ici, on est juste ignorés.
