I got scammed as well. I ordered a xbox one controller 12/03/19. Never recieved it. So, I was researching and came across these reviews and found out that I have been scammed. I am in contact with PayPal, but it's nothing just giving me a headache. I did dispute the charge with my bank. At least I will get my money back though them.

PayPal is aware of this company. I was scammed as well. This company finds a UPS tracking # that is associated with your area (not sure how) and that is the tracking info they send you. For privacy reasons, UPS will not give you the address of where it was "supposedly" delivered. They did however give me the phone number associated with that shipment. In my case it was Carhardt, not JerseyEasy. If you call PayPal, escalate your claim, and speak with an agent, they will call UPS to verify it was shipped to the wrong address & provide a refund. Updated 12-27-2019 I also reached out to the company hosting this website. Both by phone & reporting abuse through their website Here is their reply: "Thank you for getting in touch with us. Reviewing the site, we do not see anything that directly violates our Terms of service. If you believe the site contains or promotes criminal activity, we encourage you to report it to law enforcement directly. We recommend the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3): ic3.gov We will, of course, work expediently with any subpoenas, injunctions or other court orders that come in with appropriate jurisdiction. I'm sorry we can't help further in this instance."

In the same boat as everyone else! Complete scam!! Cannot get a hold of anyone to talk to and the site will not let you send a message. I'm out $35. So sad! Looks like they making lots of money off people and their hard working money!

This site is a scam i wish i would have read the other reviews first i ordered a big wheel for my grandson and two days after i ordered it it says it was delivered don’t ever buy from this site

Ordered a xbox one controller November 29th. Got a tracking number ups said it was delivered. Nothing was delivered yesterday or today. PayPal backs these guys. What a joke 22.00 to never do business with Paypal or Jerseyeasy no problem.

Thank you all for your review. It saved me a lot of headache of spending my money, not getting what I paid for and wasting my time trying to get my money back. I saw the website while I was shopping for a router using Google Shopping. Lucky I found the reviews so I did not buy from them. I found that Google Shopping also have a guarantee that protect buyers up to $2500 per order. Search “Google Shopping Guarantee” for the details. Worth a try especially hearing that PayPal is not helping those who lost their money. I also reported them to Google using Google Shopping email option on the contact us page. The more we report this website the faster is it taken down.

I ordered two games from them. Got a tracking number and everything.then I get home after it says my package has arrived. And there's nothing here. So I call UPS and wait on the phone for 45 mins,then find out the package was sent somewhere else what different address numbers and a different name on it.I then immediately reached out to the company of course all I have to have my email kicked back to me. This website is a scam do not use it.

Terrible company, do not buy from using PayPal. Sent me a tracking number for my order, said delivered but never received, when I called ups with the tracking number they said it wasn’t sent to my address and couldn’t tell me where it was sent since I wasn’t the shipper. PayPal sided with them because the tracking number showed as delivered.
