Order never arrived and the shipping label was cancelled
I placed order MWK78947 on July 27, 2026 and paid $25.99 through PayPal. Jersey Union marked the order as shipped, but the carrier GOFO later showed the shipping label had been cancelled on August 28. I never received the jersey. When I contacted Jersey Union, they said the package had been intercepted by customs and offered to resend it. I declined and requested a refund. They eventually agreed to refund the full $25.99. The order took more than seven weeks to reach this point, and I only received a resolution after chasing the shipment myself and opening a PayPal dispute. Based on my experience, I would not order from them again.
