Jeravae Company deemed purchased International dance shoe “not defective”. Jeravae representative stated excessive strap length and no holes are expected. This company suggested I buy a hole punch and be on my way.

so if you don't have the "luxury" as you say to restock then you should offer better measurements up front!!! Still I will say - your return policy is awful. So many other companies allow you to return things w/o a "restocking" fee. I will not ever buy anything from your company again!

Hello, We are a small business and do not have the luxury of cancelling or returning orders from our manufacturers. We do however, allow everyone to exchange their item once.

I ordered dance shoes, same size as I usually order from other companies. After almost 1 month I received the shoes but they didn’t fit, and looked poor quality. This company has a complicated return policy, and after another 1 month I still wait for an approval from the company to return the shoes.

My dress came a day before a performance with a hole in the arm! It was too late to return or exchange so now I’m stuck with it… overpriced in my opinion!

I have to be honest. I made a horrible mistake working with this online company. I exchanged a dress for the next size larger. While they were more than gracious and helpful with the exchange, they neglected to notify me that all exchanges are final sale. (It is one line buried in their lengthy return policy) I think they have an obligation to give that reminder at the time of exchange, idk, common courtesy. The owner will not respond to my email or call me to discuss. I am stuck with a $200 dress that doesn’t fit me. And I had to pay $12 shipping to return it the first time. So please be warned and don’t make the same mistake I made. Very poor customer service, imo.

Had to pay £75 in import taxes on top of 55$ postage for a £100 dress......and THEN it was far too small so cant wear it or return it....Do not buy from this company...

I’m sorry the garment didn’t fit you like expected. We’re always happy to exchange free of charge, but I’m afraid we don’t have control over the duties and taxes that are charged during international shipping. If there’s anyway we could remove them for you, we would.
