Ease of ordering. Lots of good choices

Lots of colors and patterns to choose from. I wanted a few but had to settle with one; there were so many I wanted. It was hard to choose. I loved the shih tsu ones!

Prompt response,quality of product!

I've always enjoyed browsing through you gorgeous laundry baskets. I always knew I would get one. Times got difficult after my husband of 48 years died. Life is a bit better, and I am ready to give myself something I always admired.. so it's time. I thank you so much for allowing me the opportunity of my to enjoy your works of art in person. Sincerely, Joan Santiago

I was happy to order. Now I am wondering when I will receive the bag. Could you please send information on when I will get it?

I had a problem placing my order and I let you know and you took care of the problem fast and efficiently. I haven't received my bags yet so can't tell you how I feel about them at this time.

All the time. I bought both bags which I loved them right away. So I decided to buy one for my sister and one for me.

Simple, clear, no problem at all to select and buy the bag I wanted.
