Jennifer BagsReviews of jennifer-bags.com

The bags are not what you see on the web site. The quilting is very basic, not intricate as shown. These bags are cheaply made and not worthy of gifting or using. Returns can only be made to an address in Yiwu City, China with instructions to take the package to the 8th floor! The least amount to return the bags is $35 for $100 in items, without any guarantee that the package would be delivered. The refund offered went from 15% to 20% after I complained about the company's policies. Do not buy from this company.

Message to Trustpilot. I have tried to send you an email to explain why I do not wish to have any further dealing with Jennifer Bags and have only written this review to warn others not to use them as they will not receive what the seller describes. In fact the bags will be plastic on canvas. When they want their money back they will be told to return it to China and it will not be collected from the post office there. I only received a refund when I looked them up on Companies House and wrote to the CEO. I did not receive the refund for the postage to return the plastic bags to China. I have only written this review to warn others. The only way anyone can send you an email is to provide domain address! What are these? Jennifer Bags was not accepted as a domain address and I do not have one, so why make it so difficult to write to you? That is why I attach this to my review. It is the only way I can write to you. Be warned. I have had experience of these bags and they are not what you see, but plastic reproductions of the picture you choose. If you try to return them and are lucky enough to receive any response to a complaint it will cost you £25+ to return the item to China. I went throught this and the returned plastic bag sat in the Post office in China for weeks as no one collected it. If you read this after paying for an order, look up companies house and find the name of the director and pester him/her and put 100 messages on their customer services email address. I was lucky and got some of my money back after threatening them with legal action. To Jennifer Bags. Confirm here on Trustpilot that returns should not have to be sent back to China. You should provide a UK returns address. Warehouse Address: 8th Floor, East Entrance, Xijing Future No. 1533 Xuefeng West Road Yiwu, Jinhua, Zhejiang China
