This site is fraud!!!!!! Isn't there somebody that we can report these fraud sites too and have them taken down!!!!!

This is a total scam. The real product looks NOTHING like the pictures on line!! The bags are NOT FREE or worth the stated presale amount. THESE ARE NOT HOMEMADE. They are cheap polyester pieces of crap! And they are not quilted! I wasted $90 on these for Christmas presents and now I need to buy brand new presents because I am embarrassed to give them as gifts. Congratulations to whomever reads these reviews for being diligent. I wasn't and have lost almost $100.

Ordered 2 bags and only received 1. The bag that came does not look like the picture on the website. The print of the fabric is the same but the quilting is done in a mass machine and is NOT the detail quilting shown. This is definitely a scam and a complete rip off! UPDATE Customer Service responded on 17 Sept. 26, promising to look into my order and get me the second bag. It is 1 Oct and I have heard NOTHING more. They also told me that I can not get a refund nor a replacement because the bag was "free" and I only paid the "shipping" cost. AVOID dealing with these folks!!!

This is the worst internet buying experiences of my life. If I could send them all back without the high cost of the return, I would do it!!! They took forever to arrive and then they are so cheaply made, certainly not worth even the shipping cost. I feel like this is a scam and hope no one else gets taken!!! I've certainly learned a valuable lesson...won't happen again.

I ordered a bag 7/25 was supposedly shipped 7/26 from??? Have not received the item. Have emailed and was told the item is in transit!! Now when I email I get no response.

I ordered my bag almost a month ago. Have not received it. Finally got customer service to answer my email - continues to show it's on the way, but I am doubtful. They are not being shipped from Wyoming - the phone number given does not work - and my guess is the lovely lady on the website isn't "Jennifer." From what I can tell, the bags are make in China. Totally regret ordering!

Don't buy from this company. My purchase was sent to a different state from where I live and all I got was the run-around when trying to get a refund.
