To be honest, I checked your website on AI after I place my order. There were numerous one star reviews and complaints. Mainly frustration and getting in touch with you. Plus never receiving their item!! I'm happy to hear my bag is on its way, however I am still holding my breath until I receive it!!

I really like the quality and workmanship with these bags. My issue with the larger sized bags is that do not hold their shape and fall over. They seem to lack a “ribbing” in the welted areas that would help give the bags more ability to hold their shape. I ordered a large bag to use for holding clothes needing washing and it would just collapse in on itself. Very unsatisfactory. The pattern was so appealing and cheerful but not practical for me so I went back to my plastic laundry basket. 😕
