I could never find a coach that matched what I needed and coached the way I coach in my own business. I was looking for a vibe and I found it in Jenna! I immediately signed up, I just knew it was right. I’ve done a few challenges with Jenna and JBF and this current one came at the exact right time. I’ve had a rough season of life recently and this challenge (which seriously works my booty) and community is like no other. Through setbacks, injuries and life just lifing, this group has stood by each other and been so supportive. Every time it’s just what I need. If you like a challenge or are looking for the greatest coach that is more friend than coach, Jenna is for you!

Working with Jenna has far exceeded my expectations. Jenna is knowledgeable and shares her expertise in an encouraging and straightforward manner. Right now, I am doing a challenge with Jenna and so many other wonderful women. The encouragement and excitement that everyone brings really drives me to continue pushing through on tough days and to give it my best, even if my best isn't 100% for that day. This challenge is definitely a 5 star challenge. Not only is Jenna leading us with the workouts we do, but also how to mentally succeed, be consistent, and build lifelong habits that we can use after the challenge is over. I look forward to the daily missions and I can't wait to see what the rest of the challenge brings.

Working with Jenna has been a game changer! Jenna is so encouraging, knowledgeable and a fantastic leader. I’ve done fitness challenges in the past and usually by week 2 I taper out. Not this time, I have been present and consistent every day. The other challengers are so encouraging and inspiring and Jenna is doing the challenge right along with us. I would give 10 ⭐️ if I could. Looking forward to what the next half of the challenge brings.

Jenna is a godsend and my ultimate girl crush. I have been an athlete all my life and I thought I was doing well with nutrition, but trying to sift through all the information out there is hard. Jenna walks the talk and living embodiment of her own research and hard work in the gym. She is insanely supportive, refreshingly genuine and best hype girl. The group is the best support I have ever experienced. Jenna has such a vast knowledge base to know exactly what to do to achieve your girls. I have never felt or looked as good and I am 41 with 2 kids. She breaks things down into comprehensible facts and actions. A true godsend!!!

I’m only a couple weeks in. Jenna has already changed the way I think about my journey entirely. She doesn’t just send you a plan she actually sees you, checks in like she genuinely cares, and meets you exactly where you are. I came in overwhelmed and she helped me find clarity. If you’re looking for a coach who treats you like a person, and not just another meal plan this is your girl! She’s so inspiring and motivated to help!

I signed up with Jenna/JBF about a month ago and I've already seen tremendous growth in my mindset around my health and fitness journey. Historically I was chasing perfection - perfection with my caloric intake, perfection with hydration, perfection with workouts, perfection, perfection, perfection. Jenna doesn't have you striving for perfection. She has you striving for consistency with grace and still getting to enjoy life. She doesn't make you focus your life around nutrition, exercise and hydration - she helps you fit it into your life! She helps make your goals less overwhelming and more attainable. I'm so thankful I found her and got her as my coach! 💕🫶🏼

Genuine, honest, reliable people looking to see you win, win on every level. I am grateful for their experience, expertise, and most importantly time. Plan was individualized for me, my lifestyle, work schedule, etc. Even when I couldn’t stick to it 100% Jenna was always supportive and helped me find ways to make the program fit my life versus the other way around. Workouts are flexible and can be done at home, gym, park. She really teaches you how to make healthy options of the foods you love instead of feeling restrictive. Most importantly, Jenna is authentic and cares about her clients. I never felt like a number, a paycheck, or statistic. She genuinely wants to see her clients succeed.
