We bought JellyLean after watching Jillian. We have taken the supplement EXACTLY as directed. There has been NO weight loss. In my opinion JellyLean is a scam. We have always loved Jillian….. we are very disappointed in her now. NOBODY can tell me her image was used without her cooperation - - she delivers the WHOLE sales pitch for about a half hour in the ad! It IS her! She has stooped to thievery… false pretenses. I’ll try to get a refund under the 60 day satisfaction guarantee, but I doubt I’ll ever see the money. SHAME on you Jillian! Go hide somewhere. I wish a prosecutor would come after you for fraud!

This is a scam. I ordered a 6 month supply. I stopped using my GLP1 injection and started taking Jelly lean. Big mistake it doesn't work I started to gain weight. I call to return the product and get my money back. They made it very difficult, but after telling them I was going to report this product as a scam I finally received a refund. Save your money and time.

This is a SCAM!!! Upon returning, they wanted to refund the purchase price and keep the tax, which is illegal! Jelly Lean is supposed to have green tea, garcinia Cambodia, cayenne pepper, Maca root, ginseng extract and picolinate in it. **None of these ingredients are in these! **Ingredients listed on the back of the actual bottle: Cane sugar, glucose syrup, water, pectin, citric acid, sodium Citrate, natural color, natural flavor and starch 250 mg Apple cider vinegar More information from Trustpilot site. **Often included for its potential role in digestion and appetite control, ACV has been the subject of studies suggesting modest benefits when combined with dietary adjustments. Green Tea Extract Known for its antioxidant properties, green tea extract contains compounds that may support fat oxidation under certain conditions. Vitamin B Complex Essential for energy metabolism, B vitamins help the body convert food into usable energy. Beetroot Extract Typically associated with improved circulation and stamina, beetroot is included for its broader wellness benefits. Pomegranate and Plant-Based Extracts

I order this product, then immediantly changed my mind to cancel the order. Not even 15 minutes passed and they said my order shipped?? How can that be. I called again and they again said the same thing. So I followed the screen and over a week and the order did not ship. I called again to complain and the man said when I get the package, just refuse it, which I did, had it sent back wthout opening it. Now they are calling me and saying they did not get it and it take time to follow the tracking to get my refund. In the meantime I told them I had contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only lying that they could not cancel the order, even though it showed it was not shipped after 7 days!!

How can I get a refund for this order of

Nothing as advertised. I’ve been scammed. Weeks ago, I watched a long, unnecessarily repetitive video and it Finally arrived today. Eagerly opened pkg, took a gummy, surprised at the size, and no reading material in package. I read contents of bottle to see what I’d been anticipating but…250 mg of Apple Cider Vinegar and then small print of other crap that was also not advertised in that Jillian Michaels video. I will ask for a refund based on the totally false advertising which some here are calling “deep fakes”. I paid for and received something absolutely not as advertised. Can someone share a ph# or email? I received no info and the site now has a different label and look. Terrible.
