We booked a bus off greyhound, they knew me and my niece were 16, and 13, they left us stranded 3 states from home, I do not recommend using Jefferson lines

Aboulty terrible as minors we were stranded 12 hours from home and they rejected our ticket when we ordered them from greyhound and they didnt warn us we had to atleast be 17 so we had to stay overnight in the bus station never again i hate this line do not go or book with them

Was hoping for a better experience after GreyHound. I will never use a bus again. It's more than arlines and the way you have to contort your body for hours on end is ridiculous all so other passengers (who probably paid less or were put on by an agency) can triple their leg space. Listen to me, I shouldn't have to pay for this. I paid for two seats, a seat is defined not as this. I took pictures but will post them to another site. I hate these companies.

What a pile of crap company. Cancelled two hours before. Don't waste your money. They ruined the celebration for my father's birthday and refused to provide an explanation. The customer service representative la ked complete empathy and was condescending to me. I will never waste money with Jefferson Lines again. I went to cancel and the link they sent doesn't work, nobody answers the phone and now I'm infuriated. I cannot say enough this company is not reliable and doesn't care. I'd give them no stars if that were an option. Don't waste your time with Jefferson Lines.

Consistently late, by north of an hour sometimes. Two times the bus has been outright cancelled and never arrived without most passengers receiving any heads up, took over a month for a refund for that trip. Bus quality is okay, some outlets don’t work. Never had an issue with the drivers.

Racist company, telling people of color to sit at the back of the bus. Will not be supporting this company in any way, shape, or form!

Never use Jefferson lines if you dont want to be messed up. Poor customer care, poor administration, frequent cancelations. They are not supposed to be in business. They should close down.

What a worthless bus company. Today my wife was traveling from Milwaukee to Minneapolis. They made a stop in Winona Mn, for bathrooms and lunch or whatever, and the driver said he'd leave in 20 minutes. My wife went to a bathroom, came out in less than 20 minutes, and saw the bus pulling away. There were not that many people on the bus, and driver apparently made no effort to count heads or check for stuff on seats to make sure he wasn't leaving anyone. Dumb and lazy. All her stuff except purse is on this bus. Daughter in MPLS is having to rush down to Winona (2 hrs) in pouring rain to pick up my wife. Daughter's boyfriend has all my wife's booking and confirmation info and is going to try to get her stuff when the bus arrives in MPLS. But he's been told the driver may not release my wife's luggage to him, since he is not her. This is ridiculous. I had a call in to their Customer Support office, could not get a live person, and had to leave a voice mail which they said they'd return. Still waiting. Our first time using Jefferson instead of Greyhound itself, and will never do it again.
