I’ve had an awful experience with Jefebet Casino. I bought their coins twice, and the first time, I barely got $9, which brought me to $43 in total. Played the whole $43, and guess what? No wins, no free spins, nothing! It feels like the system is rigged to make sure you lose everything. The coins are worthless, and it’s a complete waste of your hard-earned money. Overall, the experience was beyond disappointing. If you’re considering this casino, save yourself the frustration and avoid it at all costs!

Jefebet is a scam to make money off of Latinos. They have extremely shady practices and will do everything they can to not pay you. Don't deposit a dime unless you are verified or they will make every excuse why they can't verify you. Everyone talks about their CEO like he's this great guy but it's just another typical scamsino.....

Very slow redemptions. It’s looking like I will have to initiate a credit card dispute in order to recoup my funds. Not a good experience

I opened an account and bought GC while in Kentucky. It was the only purchases I made while I had the account, since I only had the account for about a week while I was down in KY. I never played any of the GC and did not know KY was a banned state. Jefebet suddenly closed my account because I had made my purchases while in KY. Jefebet took everything I had purchased, they received a full refund of the product I bought. The Jefebet TOS Section 3 (12) states, all purchases made while in Kentucky WILL BE REFUNDED. So I was expecting a refund since I didn't get to use the product I purchased, but Jefebet went against their TOS and sent me one email saying they are not refunding any of the purchases, even though they were made in KY, and that my account is now closed because I made purchases while in KY.. So I guess Jefebet doesn't have to honor their own TOS and can make up any rules they want.. WOW!!! WHAT A JOKE!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DON'T PLAY JEFEBET IF YOU WANT FAIR PLAY.. I will make sure to let as many people know, in as many ways that I can to not play Jefebet because they are a bunch of lying CHEATERS!!!!!

Whatever you do, do not put your money into this site. It’s a big scam, that’s designed to take your money and give you nothing in return. Anything you hit is always very low at best. I wish I would’ve listened to others reviews but i decided to give them a try. Worst mistake on my part. If you do, I promise you will be regretting it like I am. Will be deactivating this account immediately.

So far it's just horrible. The website loads in Spanish, that's when it does finally load. And then it reloads to be in English and then you can never pick and play a game because half of the games don't even load to be able to pick the game. Phone verification took forever as well. You do get a $5 sign up bonus, but due to the horrible website you can't play the bonus.
