I've been waiting on a 200$ redemption for 2 weeks now and when I contact their customer support team, all I get is a vague generalized email certifying they e received my message and will open a ticket. I'll change this to 4 stars once I finally get my redemption but customer service is horrible and payout times are beyond stated timelines.

Im a bit upset. I requested a redemption almost a month ago (02/08/26) after purchasing a package. I reached out about 2 weeks later for an update as it was still in progress, and was told they "fixed the redemption issue and mine was in process". Its been 2 weeks since then, I've reached out multiple times and they tell me they dont have a date as to when I can expect it. I play at a LOT of online casinos and this redemption process has been the worst by far. Not sure I will play here or make a purchase again, this is ridiculous

Well i have waited almost 4 weeks now for my redemption.. it still says processing and I've gotten a few emails back regarding the wait, saying they're having issues with something or another. I've never had to wait this long for a redemption. I've actually got redemption on 3 other sites that I won on AFTER Jefebet. It's quite ridiculous.

Honestly they dont even deserve the 1 star. Trust pilot doesnt have any negative stars because that is exactly what this lottery/casino deserves. I have requested 3 redemptions. The first one on 1/27/26 and the other 2 on 1/30/26. At least ive received a response but its the same generic response and run around that they are having issues w their redemptions. Sure they are, they are exactly like $ factory, they will take your money but wont pay you if you win. When i first joined this casino, it took them 3 days to pay me out, now its been over 10 days and still nothing. Come on Jefebet, you have to be better than this! Are you guys seriously that hard up that you'll take our money but not payout when your customers win?? 🤬 UPDATE 2/28/26... Yay the first redemption request from 1/27/26 has finally been approved. I should receive it within 10 days. I still have 2 more redemption requests pending. So I will change my 1 star to 2 stars and continue to wait until I actually receive the funds from the first redemption request. And I will def let you know if and when the last 2 get approved. Keeping my fingers crossed that Jefebet will actually come thru and prove that Good things do come to those who wait and that they are not a sham like $ Factory.

I really thought it was a good social casino untill.....I tried cash out its been two weeks so far and the only customer service I get is the same robot saying the exact same thing.its sad cause I was about to tell all my buddies about this but cant now cause I. Pretty sure there fake.it should never take this long to cash out and they should at least have a human to talk to us if we have a problem. Makes no sense

Not upfront about all the needed information to be fully verified. I became frustrated after providing all information asked just to be sent another email requiring more information from me? Not okay or necessary! Allow me to decide if I want to continue based upon the requirements stated in the beginning. Not 3 documetns along with a photo selfie later requiring “hand written” documentation? No thanks, had I known that I wouldn’t have sent all the other information and carried onto a different site. Well here I’m here again, I finally got my first payout, now however I have a bigger pay out of almost $500, and try going to login today an won’t load, won’t do anything, however every other website I play has been loading up just fine. This.Is a bad casino Trying to do a prize redemption these guys banned my account saying i had multiple accounts which was incorrect. I even showed proof of their accusations being incorrect My best friend. As well was on the site when she was going to redeem her prizes. The same thing happened. They banned her and said she had multiple accounts. they kept all of our prize money. And then I'm trying to do a review on them and they have that blocked out.If it's a bad review, so maybe we'll go to Reddit, so they'll know.Please check reddit before you guys see that these google reviews are good because it doesn't allow you to post a bad review.
