JE EstateReviews of jeestate.com

I will be using this company for all my structural needs. As a certified senior drafter, city planners are constantly asking for my plans to be stamped by a licensed professional; and with JE Estates, I’m able to quickly and affordably provide my clients with everything they need to get their projects permitted. Thank you JE Estates!

Great communication! Quick turnaround on all requests. Would definitely recommend and will use in the future.

Previously I left a glowing feedback for these folks. Unfortunately it was premature. The $300 project ended up at $1000. And then city planning folks rejected the engineer’s calculation documents. They explained it was not because an engineering stamp was required, but rather the calculation documents did not meet the minimum standards for a professional engineer. When I tried to contact Eric about the issue: he would not answer his phone. When I emailed them another gentleman advised that there would be an additional fee to “reopen the project”. I asked that Eric give me a jingle at his convenience. I have not heard from him since. I could not be more disappointed

Eric is very responsive and supplies his work in a timely manner- I recommend him
