JDM ENGINE ZONEReviews of jdmenginezone.com

Buyer beware, false advertisement and scammers through and through, they fake their own reviews to try and balance the bad reviews, bought a 5vzfe engine and received a piece of garbage looks as if the engine rolled down a hill, engine block itself has cracks and WELDS ON IT. falls within their own warranty policy these guys have been fighting with me for weeks about the refund and return process, there is no customer support number all you can do is contact via email, a red flag in itself, returned the item and they’re now only wanting to give $1200 out of the $2860 I spent, they are claiming engine is fine which is not the case they weld up the engines to hold long enough for the warranty to run out them you’re left with nothing no working engine and no money. I will be providing a YouTube review video to provide future shoppers with my in depth experience with these scammers, if these pictures aren’t enough to scare you away. Having to contact my attorney to start taking legal actions.

Nice people, they helped me out with pricing on different stuff plus getting me my engine I was there for. I was in and out in no time. Simple easy transaction.

The engine I ordered did not fit my vehicle, even though we confirmed vin number beforehand. Once my mechanic realized they sent us the wrong engine, they didn’t help us find a replacement. Then it took me calling multiple times to bug them to finally get my refund after getting them to pick up the returned engine. Overall a terrible experience, would not recommend them to anyone.

I called instead of ordering online and they took care of me .very helpful thank you again

Easy purchase, delivery was fast, and used engine is quality.

Everytime I called about info they were very nice and helpful. Received engine in a timely manner. Transaction was very easy!

2nd purchase of an engine from this outlet...will be the last time. Very disappointed with the engine I received and the amount of time it took to receive.

Everything went very smoothly. Shipping was very quick and the engine was as described. I called on a Friday, ordered over the weekend and had my JDM engine Wednesday! The gentleman on the phone Friday was super helpful as well! The only thing JDM could improve on would be to include the actual photos of the engine they will be sending you. Ours was slightly different from what was pictured when ordering but the block, heads and turbo were what we needed.
