Seems like a good plan
I compared some investment plans and the Mellberg plan seemed the best. I had a very hard time connecting with the local people because I was twice given incorrect or out-dated information from the Arizona office. Ann VanderSlice is very personable and knowledgeable. I had a few mistakes in the details that had to be straightened out. Now if stage two of the investment program survives the bloated market and the raiding of pension funds, I will be very happy.

Too early to tell.
Just invested in several annuities for future income. All appears to be going as planned related to the investment. Knowing that I will receive an income stream at a minimal level is comforting, especially when equities are declining. I don't worry that I will have an adequate income 10 years out. Now, just have to get to the ten year mark.

Nice and caring people
I am happy with the program sold to me. Most times the slaesman was on time and was to answer my questions about the program I purchased. I am still waiting to see what to do with my husband's "program" I was told they would get back to me.

A good Source to become more informed about Annuities
In volatile economic times, it's prudent when one is nearing retirement to find something more secure to balance the risk in other investments, even at the expense of some growth. I think this info. provided by Senior Annuity Alert does just that.

I had a good experience with Sean P. Lee. He answered my questions and has remained accessible.
My old financial adviser was not very available or responsive to my needs, but when I contacted Josh Melberg I was put in touch with a local adviser, Sean P. Lee. Sean was attentive, responsive and helped me with some important questions I had and made some adjustments to my investment portfolio and long term strategy. He even came to my house four our first visit. A couple of months ago he took me, my son and my nephew on a golf outing to a beautiful country club, lunch included. Thanks Sean and Josh!
