I am very pleased with the retirement plan set up for my husband and myself. We worked with Cathy Mendall at Elevation Capital Strategies Medford, Oregon. I feel that Cathy knows her material and was very informative and helpful explaining options for us. .

I was searching for ideas on how to protect some of my IRA from downside market fluctuations when I came across a video of Josh Mellberg explaining the fixed hybrid index annuity. I signed up for their information and did my research and decided that this is a tool for me to help supplement my retirement income. JD Mellberg Financial put me in touch with their local representative, Jason Frizzell of JCF Financial. Jason listened to my goals and we discussed several different companies and annuities. We met several times to give me the opportunity to review the information and decide the best option. This will remove downside market risk and give me income growth and as an added benefit included a bonus. I can't predict the future but I believe that I made the right decision.

I enjoyed talking with Kent Petticord as he explained how Security Benefit could help me with my Annuity situation. He helped me change over and enhanced the move with a 7% bonus.

I ran across a presentation from JD Mellberg over the internet as I was trolling for investment ideas and it caught my interest because I wanted more information on annuities. All I had known prior to this was they tied up your money for a modest return and you lost all control over it. I watched his presentation that covered hybrid indexed annuities and saw a vehicle that fit more with my investing style. After contacting his group they put me in touch with their local representative Rick Permanand from the Retire Advisory Group. Even though we had our problems coordinating schedules we did eventually get together where he presented several vehicles for my choosing. They were complete and comprehensive showing real life examples as well as projections. I finally settled on one that allowed me full control over the money invested as well as growth in the payout and at a better ROI then I would have gotten otherwise. It will be a few years before I will actually see if the choice I made was the correct one because everything is on a deferred plan but I am confident in my decision.

After contacting J.D Melberg to look at their services I was put in contact with Mr. Phil Watts of Benefit Planning of Brownwood, TX. He and his staff went to bat for me as LSW took an extended period of time to release my matured annuity. As a result the Benefit Planning folks stuck with me for seven months to complete my roll-over into an IRA. They are the best.

We were contacted by JD Mellberg after an online search for annuity information. We were provided with educational pamphlets and a DVD which we reviewed and were referred to Spencer. We met several times with him and he answered all our questions, reviewed our financial goals and advised us as to the appropriate annutiy to protect our retirement money. All the paper work was done efficiently and Spencer met with us to ensure we understood the details. Spencer is very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and patient. He contacted us several times during the changeover process to make sure we knew what was happening and what to expect next. We met again after all the processes were complete. We are confident we have made the correct choice and thank Spencer for all his attention to our concerns.

I had a great experience and exchange of strategies with Joshua Schlinsky. He was able to guide me through al the material that was sent to me and at the end obtain that we believe the best Annuity for us.
