Shipping was fast. Sizing a moving baby was hard haha but we bought 2 pairs which allows her to grow into the next size we got. She loves them. She doesn't trip as much as she was in the first pair of shoes we tried to start her in. Love that they are so cute, light weight, and she actually leaves them on! Can't wait for the next model to drop as we will be buying more

Hello, We are sincerely sorry that we didn't respond to your request to return your shoes. We deserved the one-star review you gave us. That said, you will receive emails shortly, one confirming your full refund and the other providing a prepaid return label. We are mindful that you have many options for baby shoes, so we are grateful you considered jbrds. Kindly, Mike (Co-founder and CEO of jbrds)

I love the shoes! They are perfect for my little one who has chubby little feet and I had a hard time finding shoes that stayed on for. Unfortunately, I have 3 stars because the rubber on the front tore off the first day she put them to use. I was super bummed that they didn’t last very long for the price.

Hello, So glad to hear that you love the shoes and that they were a great fit for your little one. We're sincerely sorry this was your first experience with our footwear. The rubber should not wear out this way. Our belief is that you got a defective pair. If you will email me at [email protected], I will gladly refund you or send a replacement pair at no charge to you. I look forward to your correspondence. Kind regards, Mike (Co-founder and CEO of jbrds)

Absolutely love the shoes. I had gotten the wrong size for my daughter and they sent me the correct size for free

They look great, but were incredibly difficult to put on and the rubber is destroyed after just a couple of weeks of use (not heavy use since my baby barely walks) disappointed at this price point.

This shoes were perfect for my girl. I think they helped her balance. The first day she wore them she stood on her own without any support. It was what she needed to feel confident enough to let go of my hand.

Did not receive item on time and when they sent a complimentary additional pair to make it on time, they didn’t make it and were returned to sender.
