Need for more depth in program content
While I met some amazing people through the program, I was disappointed by the depth of the curriculum. The core content relies heavily on prerecorded videos, which I found to be quite surface level and lacking in depth. The program includes mentorship, practice coaching, and community components, which I participated in, but my feedback is specifically about the instructional content within the curriculum, where I expected more in-depth frameworks, theory, and substance.
