Extremely disappointing experience with Jaypore’s online store. I placed an order that was never delivered, and what has been even more frustrating is the ordeal of trying to get my refund. I have had to repeatedly contact customer care for updates, only to receive the same standard response every time: “Please allow 24–48 hours.” Those 24–48 hours pass, nothing happens, and I am forced to follow up all over again. There appears to be no ownership or meaningful resolution of the issue. For a brand of Jaypore’s reputation, this level of customer service is unacceptable. A customer should not have to continuously chase a company for a refund for an order that was never even delivered. A very poor experience overall.

Very disappointing customer service at the Khan Market store. I purchased a black kurta on 9 September and, when I examined it properly at home that evening, discovered that a button was missing and there were several visible marks on the fabric. I contacted the store the following morning and returned it that afternoon, approximately 24 hours after purchase. Rather than addressing the fact that I had been sold a defective garment, the store manager repeatedly invoked Jaypore’s “no refund” policy and offered me only an exchange or credit note. I explained that this was not a change-of-mind return but a defective item, reported and returned promptly. I was also told that the policy was stated on my receipt, although I had not been given a receipt at the time of purchase. The manager said she would contact me that evening, but she did not. Despite having my telephone number and despite my subsequently sending emails, I have still received no response. I find the lack of customer care extremely disappointing. A company policy should be applied reasonably and intelligently, particularly when a customer has been sold a defective product. I am simply asking for a refund of the money I paid for an item that was defective when sold to me. I hope Jaypore will address this matter promptly and review the customer service standards at its Khan Market store.

One of the most unreliable service. I wanted some Thali gift sets to present to guests on my son's wedding. They completely let us down for online order. Banks says they have paid the merchant and these people close it saying they have not received. I managed to order cash on arrival through a relative as it was urgent for me to get some gift articles. Ordered 12 sets and they arrived as multiple deliveries. One of set was completely wrong set and one plate had a large hole in it. I cannot even imagine how a brass plate can have a hole!! OMG - Do not buy anything from them without seeing the item yourself. Customer service is one of the worst and they do not respond on how to solve the problem, just say case is now closed.

Extremely disappointing experience! I paid for my order but never received the item. For several months, the seller kept delaying and making new promises, taking advantage of my patience and goodwill. Unfortunately, despite all my trust and understanding, nothing was ever delivered. To me, this is a clear breach of trust. I strongly warn other buyers: please be careful – I lost my money and never received any goods!!!!!!!!!!!!
