I only gave it a 1 Star because it says it's suppose to be 18 inches I took it to jewelry store to get measured and it was 16 inches, which explains why it's shorter than my other 18 inch rope chain! 👎🏾

Didn't have have the product I requested. Picture and the product was not what I received. The necklace was very tiny and short. I ordered 20 inches and received 16 inches. After second time having problems with this product, I wouldn't recommend! Didnt have diamond cut necklace and wasn't 20inch. Very tiny....

I bought the 14k Real Yellow Gold Jesus Crucifix Religious Cross Pendant and it's one of the worst purchases I've done in my life. The quality and the look of the cross are so disappointing that I even doubted if it was real solid gold (it should be for the price you're paying), and while checking if it was or not, it got damaged. The cross is so wobbly that it got bended and damaged with my own hands, simply ridiculous. Then I got in touch with customer service to try to get a refund, or at least part of it, but they said that I couldn´t cause it was damaged. Of course it's damaged and that's why I wanted to send it back, because the quality is so incredibly poor, not even close to what you would expect for that price. They also told me that the weight of the cross is given and that it's not said to be solid gold anywhere, like you should know now the density of the gold before buying it and like you should be aware of the possibility of the cross not being solid gold for that price cause it's not stated anywhere. I wouldn't call it a scam cause they're right, they lie nowhere about their poor quality products, but I hope this review helps people to know you're buying GOLD FILLED PRODUCTS and not to fall for their ambiguous advertisements like I did

I ordered your 7mm 10 it hold Cuban link n was sent a chain that did not meet the standards of what it should have first off it didn’t say anything about being hollow n it’s not the same as picture secondly it’s not even stamped n the stamps that are on it you can’t even make out what it says I spent over a 1000 dollars I feel like I got got I hope your company reaches out n contacts me because this isn’t cool nor acceptable

The necklace was a lot smaller and it was also way to short for me to wear!

I'm being forced to write a review... I ordered a 7mm silver rope chain and this was dispatched efficiently... But now for 5 days is still in customs in original country... I contacted DHL and they stated no taxes or duties have been paid or any physical scans on the package meaning there is no package yet.. I have tried to email and message jawa jewelers on the website with no response... I have no option left but to contact my credit card and request a charge back.. UPDATE 17/04/2020 JAWA Jewelers have been in touch... They have assured me that the package was dropped of at DHL hub and they are investigating my order. In any case they have said they will replace the item and resend.

Ordered and paid for a 4.5mm Cuban curb chain and a 4mm franco chain. Both chains arrived being 2mm and 1.5mm. This is terrible business!!! Have yet to be able to contact anyone in regards to my over 1,100 dollar shipment. In all in all I recieved about 280 dollars worth of gold for over 1,100 dollars. THIS IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!!! I'm sure if someone does contact me they will tell me to return the jewelry back at my own expense and they'll send out another one. Then I'll just be out of 1100 dollars period....🤬😡🤬

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are so sorry that you had a negative experience with our sales department. Our goal is the total satisfaction of our customers, and to provide a positive experience but we are surprised by your complaint, which is fabricated or some misunderstanding. After investigating from sales department and our inventory handling team, we concluded that your claim is due to some misunderstanding or something else, but the report we get regarding your accuse is normal and didn’t say such thing that you mention. According to the investigation report we sent you two separate shipments; a 4.5mm Cuban curb chain and a 4mm Franco chain. You received and accepted the 4.5mm Cuban chain upon delivery but declined to receive the 4mm Franco chain and it was returned to our inventory, we can provide proof to this as well. It means you accepted only $386 worth 4.5mm Cuban chain. Had it been otherwise, you should not have accepted the chain. Moreover, your accusation is too naïve to be true. We have a system of managing our inventory, which is secure, and we take great pride in it! We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss further with you. If you willing to talk further Please call Jay Quality Control Department at 1-800-711-0328. Thanks, and have a great Day.
