Excellent customer service for me, as a new user of the sight. My GPU buying experience was seamless and a great deal! Many options to chat with either the seller or website support. The buyer protection plan was very comforting, as I placed my trust in this new platform and was not disappointed!

When I had issues creating an account, the owner, Nick, immediately answered the chat request I sent on the site's homepage. He helped me register, and I was able to purchase an item from a vendor on the site using Paypal. I received the item quickly, with no hassles at all. I plan to search for good deals on rgbswap regularly, especially since the site's anti-fraud protocols arguably are better than eBay's (e.g., the seller's funds aren't disbursed until the buyer verifies that the item has been received in the advertised condition).

I've made 4 purchases on rgbswap.com and every single time it was a great experience. I highly recommend the website, the people who run it are polite and professional and they go out of their way to give you the best experience possible.

Much cheaper fees than ebay. Good website but unfortunately little traffic yet.

RGBSwap has been great to sell on! Even if there was a hiccup the owner is super responsive and fast to fix. He is even open to any suggestions that would make the site better for buyers and sellers. I am definitely always listing on here first. It also helps that transaction fees are relatively low compared to other sites.

Fast and friendly customer service. Products are shipped with on point tracking and security. Product listing is detailed and fairly priced.

I can't remember where I saw this site mentioned but I thought I would try it since I needed a graphics card for my first build. I had put a bid in on a Geforce rtx 1650 card and won the bid. Something happened that I wasn't able to go in a pay for it so Nick said he would find out was happened. He got back to me and said that there wasn't a safeguard on the amount of people to win the bidding and 4 people won the bid and there were only 3 cards available. He was able to find me another that was in my budget so I am now able to get my build completed. Thanks to Nick, this old geek can build her first gaming computer! Thanks again Nick!
