I usually don't write bad reviews but this was a very disappointing experience. I bought a computer on this platform that was claimed to be brand new, but I don't think the computer I received was brand new because I found scratches and dust on the exterior of the computer, which didn't look like a brand new one. Also, after booting up the system, it ran very slowly and the system often froze. I will definitely not buy anything on this website again.

This is a terrible shopping experience. The accessories I bought from this website are not working. I sent an email to the customer service of the website for help, but they did not respond to my request. I feel very helpless. I never buy anythings from this website again

jawa.gg is a scam website. The computer I bought from here was marked as brand new, but the computer I received was not. I also saw a lot of very old accessories marked as brand new. This is a way to deceive consumers. The customers of the website are also rude and irresponsible. They shirk responsibility when problems arise. They only care about making 9% jawa fees.

I went onto this site and found horrible prices worst than ebay and any other site and there is a huge lack of users

Claims to ship worldwide, yet I cannot enter my country in shipping and billing addresses.

I wasn’t really thinking too much when I made my first order from Jawa. Few orders were fine but my last one was motherboard that I paid about 180 USD. Since I was away for work, the package arrived and 48h money back guarantee has expired. Once I opened the package, motherboard socket was completely destroyed and unusable. I tried contacting seller but Ofcourse he is denying so I ended up with bricked mb and lost 180 dollars. So be very careful when ordering from this site.

Ordered a GPU and decided against it about an hour later. Contacted them to cancel the order as there wasn't even a label created yet. Was told I could only cancel if I paid about 9% of the purchase in fees. So I begrudgingly continued with the order but will never order anything through jawa again.

This may vary with the carrier but I sent in my "GEFORCE RTX 3060 TI" for trade in. When my trade in arrived to them they found "bio-hazard" which actually was just baking soda with warm water just to keep the box shut, anyways they denied to open the box further and sent it back. My graphics card had no damage when I sent it to then but when I received my graphics card back the brackets were bent which basically made unusable, obviously I could have bent it back with something but regardless. I filed a USPS Insurance claim which was accepted. My experience with Jawa was absolutely the worse, there trade in values for the conditions of the cards are absolutely. NEVER USE JAWA IF YOU WANT A DAMAGED GPU OR ANYTHING.
