I was skeptical.. I'm happy to be wrong! You just don't know what you're getting with a new marketplace like RGB Swap but the purchase process was easy, the chat feature is genius, the choice of shipping methods is a game changer. (Anytime I can choose not to have a seller use FedEx, I will) I had 1 simple issue with the checkout process and the owner himself emailed me directly the following day for feedback. How can you beat that kind of service? Of course that won't be possible once the site grows but I was floored to see his email in my inbox. You can shop with RGB Swap with confidence. I will again for sure.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write the review Rocco. I am super happy to hear all the feature we planned out and implemented helped your buying experience. Your experience is the exact reason I created RGB and getting past the new marketplace skepticism is only possible with buyers like yourself giving us a chance and writing a review. Thank you again

If you are a gamer, enthusiast, or just like to tinker with computer parts… YOU NEED TO SHOP @ RGB Swap. A hidden gem of a site that puts you in touch with sellers and great products at great market prices. I live in Toronto, Canada and despite shipping and duties, product arrived quickly, safely and still at a price point highly competitive to similar products in my local market. I will definitely continue shopping here at RGB Swap. The sales process is legit and allows you to buy confidently knowing that there is a level of protection with what you are purchasing. A++++

I was a little hesitant to use RGBSwap since it’s still relatively new to me. But I had no issues with my order. Everything arrived exactly as it should have. Easy process. I wouldn’t mind seeing extra security features (like 2FA) added in the future. And the site had a small bug where it didn’t recognize that I had already read a chat msg from the vendor. So anytime I clicked a new page (on mobile), it would superimpose the chat on top of my desired page. Fixed this by manually entering my inbox and opening the chat. Everything functioned fine after that.

Thanks for taking the time to write up the review, every single one helps. I have been debating doing 2FA and Text authorization or some form of additional authentication now that we are growing and I thank you for the suggestion, I will probably implement it in the future here. As far as the chat bug , its very interesting but its not actually a bug. The message stays up until you go to the inbox to read or mark it. This was by design but with you experiencing it and thinking its a bug I may change the flow so if its viewed it will be marked as read. I appreciate the feedback as this kind of of thing I cannot test for. Great feedback thank you Nick

RGB Swap is a GREAT marketplace for tech-related gear, new or used. It's obviously growing a base of both sellers and buyers, products and popularity. And justifiably so--the site is fairly, diligently and proactively managed in all aspects. Check it out yourself!
