An easy purchase, clear expectations around testing and response. The only reason it's a 4-star instead of a 5 is slow response to a dispute I opened, and subsequently discovering there is no way for me, as the person who opened the dispute, to close it. All in all, an excellent purchase experience, though.

Jawa takes way to much of my money

So far a good experience, ordered an old GTX 460 just to be a display adapter for my server, easy process to order and mobile interface was decent Shipping was insanely fast expesially for free. Product functions as intended. Only bad things is one of their "verified and official" sellers is selling those crappy little gameboy ripoffs selling with "300 games" of roms.

Well made site, and while the fees aren't the worst, they make it harder to justify selling higher end builds. The 3% processing should be a flat fee or capped and the 9% platform fee should be curved passed $500. a $2000 build should not have $240 in fees, 150~180 or so would be more justified.

Good customer service pc came as listed love it

gpu works perfectly fine, mounting metal plate was slightly bent but was an easy fix. Male pin in female pcie port was bent as well and needed adjusting to connect the pcie cable which was scary, but it works and other than that and maybe some better shipping/packaging,

Everything from the start to finish is smooth and quick. I only would wish the grace period is extended as 2 days feel a bit tight.
