I’m new, I’ve bought the yearly service from the last 2-3 weeks but I am missing all the trades due to no automation on KuCoin , it was advertised as automatic trading , if the issues with automation are fixed my review will be changed immediately

Customer did not connected account via api yet so how will automation take place? JAU Crypto sent him email on 9th may regarding this and it is still unresponded from his end.
