I cannot express how much I adore this bracelet. The onyx beads ground me and compliment so many of my outfits. Not only did you deliver a product that matches yours advertisement, you’ve impressed me so much that I will continue to shop and purchase through you in the future.

Bracelet is wonderful quality … above expectations. Only thing I would do differently is I would order a special engraving on the gift box. Box is great but the word I chose “love” was on a small little silver colored rectangles glued onto the box. It looked like it should have been a $3 up charge tops (instead of the $25 charge.)

Communication was excellent. Quality exceeded my expectations. The engraved leather box made it even more unique as a special birthday gift for my friend. I highly recommend Japanese Melody! Their work is exceptional.
