Brigitta is the absolute BEST. She is incredibly knowledgable; and no health problem or concern is too hard for her to get to the bottom of. She is absolutely amazing, and has helped my stomach problems more than anyone has in the past!

I’ve had GI issues for as long as I can remember. I became increasingly fed up with the lack of answers/help from my gastroenterologist, even after multiple procedures and being prescribed medications to take twice a day. I wanted to understand why I was having the problems I did despite a healthy diet and active lifestyle. From my first meeting with Brigitta, I knew her holistic approach would be different. With her guidance, I stopped taking the prescribed medications and started on natural supplements that were much more effective and didn’t leave me feeling bloated or sluggish. Through some simple dietary modifications, and later a food sensitivity test, Brigitta was able to determine what my body wasn’t processing and helped me alter my diet in a way that works for me. I feel so much better. In addition, without putting any effort into calorie counts, I have lost 5 lbs as a result without any other changes. There is so much that can be done through diet to help with general wellness and combating health issues. Due to many chronic symptoms, I had been implementing an elimination diet with a national meal plan and food/body educational program. As I started to reintroduce foods back in, I had so much difficulty trying to stabilize my GI symptoms and stop the rapid weight loss I was experiencing that it was clear I needed individual attention and support from an experienced nutritionist. I had never worked with a nutritionist before. Brigitta was recommended to me by two separate friends who were clients of hers in the past and I was relieved to discover that she participates in my insurance plan. I am so thankful that I followed their recommendation. As I continue to work with Brigitta, her attentiveness, compassion, knowledge, problem solving skills, overall support and supplemental resources (blood tests, meal plans, recipes, supplements) are greatly improving my GI symptoms, stabilized my weight loss and healing my gut microbiome. Through this process of problem solving with Brigitta and one of my medical practitioners, I was even able to successfully and safely reduce and then discontinue a medication (for another issue) that may have been causing one of the major GI symptoms and without need to substitute another medication in its place. Healing the gut has appeared to eliminate other chronic conditions. I couldn't feel as well as I do now if it wasn't for working with Brigitta.
