Upon review of the email chain history, we contacted JBC the manufacturer several times and they had to check with their headquarters in Spain. After going back and forth with their confusion on different part numbers, the ball was dropped. My apology on the disconnect. In the future, I invite you back to our site to shop our items, prices, and inventory, as we have many improvements since 2013, such as a live chat service, live up-to-the minute inventory listings, more employees dedicated to your questions, and direct numbers to technical representatives at the manufacturer. I spent some time looking up your order to view the price differences. What was the price you compared to the manufacturer? I would like to credit you the difference. Also, we occasionally drop ship orders to save the customer time on shipping as well as save on shipping costs based on the source warehouse and the customer's location. Since this item came out of a Florida warehouse and you were located in PA, the item was brought up to our NJ warehouse and then sent to you in PA on the day we received it. In the future, I invite you back to our site to show you we are serious about competitive pricing and customer satisfaction.
