If you are talking about the &Beyond concert merch, there was a lack of inventory. We were told one style had a printing error so they were sent back. Yet, they were still on display to purchase. Other styles completely out of sizing and this was by the evening of the first day. If you are talking about the Jampack package, that was great, however I would do fewer things like mini-guitars and more things that are usable like a cool clear backpack or branded shirt,

Booking my hotel through Jampack was easy. Loved that process. But when it came to actually checking into my hotel, they tried to tell me I didn't pay for my room and needed to pay again. I'm not sure if the communication between Jampack and the hotel needs works, but it was frustrating and very concerning driving 7 hours to then be told that I needed to pay an additional $1600. I also bought shuttle passes and the info I got from Jampack told me to pick them up at a different location. 2 hotels and 45 minutes later, I found a place to pick them up and they said I should have been able to pick them up at my hotel. A lot of confusion on the first day but the rest of my time was fine.
